You can view all your personal data stored in ShelfCents at any time through your account settings. This includes pantry items, meal plans, grocery lists, and task data.
Right to Rectification
You can edit or correct any of your personal information directly in the app. Update your profile, modify pantry items, or change your preferences at any time.
Right to Data Portability
Export your data in a standard format (JSON or CSV) at any time. You can download your complete dataset including pantry history, meal plans, and savings data.
Right to Erasure
Delete your account and all associated data permanently. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. You can initiate deletion from your account settings.
Right to Restrict Processing
You may request restriction of processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
Right to Object
You may object to processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence.

GDPR (European Union)
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation. European users have full control over their data including access, portability, and erasure rights.
CCPA (California)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information (which we do not sell).
COPPA (Children)
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will promptly delete the information.
Your data stays yours
We will never sell your personal information. You can export or delete everything at any time, no questions asked.
